Who we are
UnityHaus is a home builder based in Oshawa, Ontario. This policy covers the website unityhaus.ca and the internal tools we use to run the business. Questions go to info@unityhaus.ca.
This website
unityhaus.ca has no sign-up forms, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of our own. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and do the work you asked about.
Obsidian CRM (internal tool)
Obsidian CRM is a private tool UnityHaus uses to keep notes on its own contacts. It signs in to our own Google account and has read-only access to our Google Contacts. It cannot change, delete or send anything.
- It reads names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, addresses, birthdays and contact labels.
- That data is copied into notes stored privately on our own devices, and is used only to manage our own relationships and follow-ups.
- It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
- Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Obsidian CRM's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
